Can unlocked Gsm Phone with SIM card bought in Korea be enabled on any plan in Canada? (Quad-Band)
The phone phones here are top notch! I want to bring one with me when I go to Canada but I'm not sure if I can choose any any provider when you return and enroll in a plan. Also, when you save an unlocked GSM phone on an airplane is still considered unlocked, or is linked to that supplier from here?
There is a very good change the device should work. Since it is unlocked you should have no problems with voice services. Quad-Band is also good to have, since most North American companies use 1900 Mhz. For the text and picture messages you need to configure the device.
